About Our Program
Growing Together: Bump to Baby is a group perinatal clinic offered by Two Rivers Public Health Department to support individuals throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Services are provided by an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), and a highly qualified team from TRPHD. Offerings include perinatal health screenings, education, and opportunities to discuss questions and concerns in a welcoming group setting. Participants can learn about pregnancy and postpartum health, connect with community resources, and build relationships with others navigating a similar stage of life.
Growing Together: Bump to Baby is designed to complement regular prenatal and medical care while helping identify health needs early and connecting participants with appropriate services and support.
