Kirsten Milam, MMN, RDN, LMNT, Health Educator
Kirsten Milam is a Health Educator with Two Rivers Public Health Department, serving as part of the Clinical Section team. Originally from Thedford, Nebraska, Kirsten is passionate about health education and helping individuals and communities make informed decisions about their health and nutrition.
Kirsten earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2024, followed by a Master’s degree in Medical Nutrition in 2025. In early 2026, she obtained her Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration and became licensed as a Licensed Medical Nutrition Therapist (LMNT) through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her partner, Dylan, and their two cats, traveling, going to the gym, and reading.
