  • TRPHD regulations on prevention of spread of communicable disease, illness, or poisoning. These regulations are enacted pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. 71-501, and 71-1626 et seq and apply to the exercise of authority by the Department to order Directed Health Measures necessary to prevent the spread of communicable disease, illness, or poisoning.
