Information to Share
You can help protect yourself from COVID-19 and other respiratory infections by:
- Staying home when you are sick and avoiding close contact with those who are sick
- Washing hands often with water and soap for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
- Cover your cough and sneeze
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
- Follow the same family plan kits that people may use for flu or severe weather season
